New short story posted! I had this idea of writing a Halloween short story earlier today, and then my husband and I went and saw "This Is It" and I thought, "Why not!" So, my tribute to Michael... "Thrilled - A Halloween Story." The plan: Release the first part tonight, then the next couple of parts over the course of tomorrow. 'cause it's more fun that way! <3

I got my first royalty check from book sales! I was so excited I called my family immediately to share the good news. It's celebration time!

After a long, long time of thinking it through, and after starting to edit the second "The Quest of Dai" book, it has come to my attention that it really needs to be three in order to resolve everything properly. So to those that I said it would only be two books to, I apologize!
Here are the titles of the next two books:
The Quest of Dai: The Malo (tentative release date -- late 2009, early 2010)
The Quest of Dai: The Choice (tentative release date -- late 2010)
As always, things are subject to change, but these are the joys of being your own publisher. You get to do stuff like this.

My friend and owner of Sweet Anthem and I decided to collaborate to put together a perfume (or maybe more!) for "The Quest of Dai: The Eroe" to go in the press kits. I can't wait to see what kind of scents she comes up with!

I mailed out the free books and the press kits that went with them. I still don't have the postcards, but oh well! I hope everyone who gets one likes it! I also did an interview with Teensreadtoo.com. I had a great time. Hopefully the people that read it will like it, too!
